B2C sales orders and processing is a 1-way integration. The details are as follows - 

• The type of B2C orders are orders through eCommerce MPs, brand websites, PoS, retail stores or factory outlets
• All these orders will strictly originate from EasyEcom because EasyEcom is connected to all MPs, brand websites and PoSs
• In case any retail order has to be created without any connected channel it will have to be created in EasyEcom through the multiple options available there
