Terminology

• EasyEcom: Multiple locations can be created in EasyEcom through Location Master
• ERPNext: Multiple warehouses / virtual warehouses can be created in ERPNext

Integration Entities

There are the following entities in this integration:

1. EasyEcom Location Master
2. ERPNext Warehouse
3. Mapping between the warehouses at ERPNext

Sync Method

This is 1-way integration from EE to EN as it is one-off activity and comes under account setup. Following are the steps involved in the setup:

1. As soon as you add EasyEcom credentials in ERPNext, the existing locations are pulled from EasyEcom and added to the location table in the EasyEcom Integration Settings page
2. You can then map your ERPNext warehouses against each EasyEcom location
3. In case you have not created respective warehouses in ERPNext, you can first create them and then map them in the location table
